walksy.app and the Walksy app are run by Osema Fadhel as an individual developer. Walksy is not a company, so it has no company registration and no VAT number.

Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act

For the people who use Walksy (Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, “DSA”):

You can write to us in English or Italian. Every message is read by a person, not answered by a machine.

If your account is suspended and you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] to ask for a review.

Reporting illegal content

In the app, you can report posts, comments, trails, accounts, group hikes and chat messages with the reason “Something illegal”.

You can also report illegal content by email to [email protected]. Please include:

  1. why you believe the content is illegal;
  2. where it is, as exactly as you can (the account, post, trail or hike);
  3. your name and email address (not needed if you report child sexual abuse material);
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information you give is accurate and complete.

That makes your report a notice under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act. We confirm receipt, decide, and tell you the outcome. The Terms of service explain the whole process.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services.
